Training
Club coaching nights have something for everyone and cater for all levels of runners. Our experienced and qualified coaches will help you get the best from each session.
Seniors
We offer a mix of coached adult sessions across the week. All sessions can be adapted for runners of all levels.
Tuesday - track, 6-7pm, Xcite Craigswood (Livingston)
Wednesday - social, 6-7pm, Linlithgow Cycle Circuit (Nov-Mar)
Thursday - intervals, time and location vary

Our sessions are open to any age from 11 up, but we ask that 11-13s are accompanied by a parent/carer.
Juniors
Our Junior Run, Jump, Throw section provides a fun, safe and supportive introduction to athletics for younger children.
Monday, 7-8pm, Linlithgow Academy
Sessions focus on building fundamental movement skills, confidence and enjoyment through running, jumping and throwing activities. We aim to nurture a lifelong love of sport and physical activity while helping children develop teamwork and resilience.

Youth
Our thriving youth section supports young athletes who want to develop their skills and confidence in athletics.
With structured coaching and opportunities to compete in track & field, cross country and road races, athletes can progress at their own pace while enjoying the camaraderie of being part of a team. Many of our young athletes go on to represent the club at district and national events.
A youth girls running group (ages 14 - 17) meet at Linlithgow Cricket Club for a 45min run at 5:45pm on Mondays. For more information please reach out to Head Coach, Ian Fyfe [email protected].

Let's Go Linlithgow
Let’s Go Linlithgow is perfect for anyone starting out or returning to running, offering several social runs across the week. If you are comfortable running for 30 minutes we'd love for you to join us.
Mondays - 6.30pm, 30 minute run group, meet at Linlithgow Cross
Wednesdays - 6.30pm, 45minutes to an hour run, meet at Linlithgow Cycle Circuit
Fridays - 9.30am, 30 minute run group, meet at Linlithgow Cricket Club car park
